IREKS complaints channel
Use this whistleblower portal as a confidential communication channel to report human rights and environmental risks as well as violations of human rights-related or environmental obligations within the meaning of the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG) that have been caused by the economic activities of a company in the business environment of IREKS GmbH (IREKS) or by a direct supplier.

The complaints procedure is free and accessible regardless of whether the whistleblower is employed by IREKS. IREKS maintains confidentiality of identity and ensures protection against discrimination or penalisation on the basis of a complaint.

Your complaint or report will be processed by the Director of our Group Legal Department based at Lichtenfelser Straße 20, D-95326 Kulmbach (report centre). 

Please note that communication with you will only take place via this whistleblower portal in order to maintain confidentiality. It is therefore necessary for you to make note of the password provided on the confirmation page after submitting the complaint in this whistleblower system or to use the option of downloading and saving the corresponding access data. Please also treat your access data as confidential.

In addition to using this online report channel, you can make a complaint in German (or English) via telephone at any time by calling the German telephone number +49 (0) 9221 / 706 6333. Your complaint will be recorded on an answering machine that can only be listened to by the report centre. Please indicate a telephone number, e-mail address or other means of contact, so that we are able to provide feedback on your report.
